Called Rid of It yesterday, and they arrived right on time the next day! Garrison and Chester were highly professional and efficient. They were able to quickly move out half a truck load including 5 heavy metal pieces. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them and this company to others!

I'm not really sure what to think about the service I received. I initially called Mike because I'd been getting a couple of bites every night and thought better safe than sorry. I was impressed by the reputation of the k9 units and of Mike himself so I booked an appointment. The day of said appointment he unfortunately had an emergency call out to a hospital and understandably would be late, but said he should be there in a few hours. An hour later a colleague of his showed up and he and a dog inspected the house. His colleague stated that the dog was very excitable around people so I stayed in the bathroom while he inspected around. 10 minutes later he finished and said the dog had tagged two areas. Though he couldn't visually confirm anything he recommended I get two rooms with tagged items treated which I did. I unfortunately didn't find Mike as communicative as most people did- no follow ups or suggestions for treatment or prep. One of rooms tagged had no indication of bb, so now I'm stuck debating if I should call for a follow-up inspection in a few weeks after the treatment is finished or not.
