We had just moved into a new house, and given we weren’t sure when the previous owners had last (or ever!) had the ducts cleaned, plus I have asthma, we decided to use this service. Based on their Homestars review, we went with Capps. They did a great job. They clearly take great pride in their work, and are very careful with their equipment (they even has special hoses that are designed to not scratch hard-wood floors). They also use an organic/non-toxic cleaner, which was very important to us. He took the time to answer all of our questions – and we had a lot of them, given this is our first house. Our only quibble was that we had then come at 9am, and didn’t realize quite how loud their vacuum was. When they say it’s as loud as a jet-engine, they weren’t kidding! We were sure to quickly apologize to our (new) neighbors. We will definitely use them again.

We used Maret and her team to clean our house before we moved in. With a delayed closing date, they actually came the day we were moving in, which added complexity as they had to work with and around the movers as they moved in all of our furniture. As well, the house had not been lived in for about 6 weeks, so there was lots to clean. Maret came up with a team of 3, looked over the house and at that time gave us an idea of how much it would cost/time it would take, and gave the cleaners instructions/guidance. They did a fabulous job cleaning the place top to bottom, and were extremely flexible both in terms of their start time (came over around 7am) as well as working around the movers. They were professional and excellent to work with. Also, they used this amazing product which is environmentally friendly and completely non-toxic/non-fume (Pink Solution), which we ended up buying from Maret. We will definitely have them come clean our place again, and would strongly recommend to others.

These guys did a fantastic job. We had a number of complications/changes with our move, and this team was professional and flexible throughout. They stuck to their quoted price (which was incredibly reasonable) despite having a few extra, unanticipated items that also needed to be moved. The team was friendly and took great care of our stuff. We’ve already recommended them to friends who are also moving, and would recommend them, without reservations, to anyone who is looking to move.
