9.5/10 STARS. I hired Affordable Roofers to replace our roof. It's about 1500 square feet with multiple roofs. I hired him because he told me that he does not use the cheap shingles from China. The job itself seemed fine while they were doing it. But three seasons later thetr are two problems; there is a "wave" in the roof and an animal scraped through a section and made a hole right into our attic. I left a few phone calls and emails for Alex. As it turned out, he was in a serious accident and ended up in the hospital for a while and was not able to contact me. Alex's contacted me shortly thereafter and came to look at the damage sithin a couple of days. He came back a couple days later and came up with a unique solution to keep the animals out and fixed the hole in the roof and also fixed a section of the flashing that had loosened also for a great price. I was very pleased with the end result and the commitment of the company. I would rate them 9.5/10. I cannot seem to rate them on the stars. If anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it.
