John was excellent from the start: immediately responsive + clear about his quote and what was needed to set up an appointment. He arrived on time, and was extremely courteous, efficient, and professional. He had our problem solved quickly and we were very happy to have our sink working properly again! I wont hesitate to reach out to John again for any other plumbing needs that we have.

This was a major project that we'd begun planning for in 2019, and after our initial contact with Scott and Lory we felt immediately confident that this was the right fit. We took an unexpected pause through 2020 as COVID struck, and through that time Scott was fully accommodating, flexible, and understanding of the delay. From the very start I felt we could place our trust in Scott and the team at NewRidge: the entire process is set up extremely well from a customer perspective, with a clear an transparent approach to costing out a project and following through on every detail. We were thrilled to start the project earlier this year; however, we couldn't have anticipated just how happy we'd be. It’s an unbelievable change, and it’s like we have an entirely new (and very much improved) house to wake up in now! Outcome aside, which we’re thrilled with, we were also extremely grateful to have Lory and Radu running this project, as they were were exemplary. Always communicating with us, extremely flexible in working around us, and just overall two great individuals who are a pleasure to be around. It’s obvious that they take great pride and great care in what they do, and that they wanted us to be happy with the outcome – which we are!

From my first contact with Peter I felt like I was in good hands. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely keen to help solve what was a very inconvenient problem for me! I was very impressed with the entire experience, from first contact right through to the swift resolution. I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain the root of the problem, and the approach he was taking to fix it so that I wouldn't experience future issues. We contacted Classic Pools in late 2012 after seeing very positive reviews on Homestars and being quite underwhelmed by some of the other companies we`d spoken to about the work we wanted done. From the moment we contacted them, Greg and Martine were immediately engaged and - quite different from the other business we`d approached - they listened to what we wanted. From the first meeting we knew we'd found the people we wanted to work with. Permit delays put this project off until this summer, but it was absolutely worth the wait. Greg runs a committed crew who are passionate about what they do, and it absolutely shows in their work. Greg was extremely accomodating to changes I wanted to make mid-stream and provided advice and guidance to help steer the end result to one we were thrilled with. Greg and Martine transformed what was a dull and empty space into an oasis that we love. I have enthusiastically recommended Classic Pools to my neighbours who have been inquiring after who did such a beautiful job transforming our property.
