Installed a Veissman boiler at a cost that was almost 30% less than the other quotes we had for this unit. They arrived on time worked consistently and carefully and stayed late to ensure it was finished the same day.

If there were more service people like Imram ( I hope that's spelled correctly) There would be no need for a site such as this.... He was excellent. He took great pride in his work and in charging a fair price for what was done. We contacted him to see whether or not he could correct a poorly installed gas fire place which was too far back in the cabinet and not anchored. He came told us that we likely didn't need to extend the chimney vent as we had thought, moved the unit forward, levelled it, anchored it and charged us nothing on top of the assessment service call to which we had agreed. He then noted that it had to be cleaned ( we were unaware that had to be done at all, let alone yearly by code). Despite all the dirt and dust from a unit that had sat for quite a while, he cleaned it and, except for a shiny new looking fireplace, you would never have known he had been there. When he left, everything was immaculate. He was polite, respectful and cheerful. As I said More service people like him and there would be no need for a site like this.

They were excellent! Showed up on the day promised and continued working everyday all day until the job was finished. They were very helpful and easy going about slight changes that were required, and every person who showed up on site was polite respectful and clearly interested in doing the best job possible. They not only installed the artificial turf where we asked but also built a retaining wall and levelled and relaid the driveway. Having totally renovated the inside of our house and added an addition less than 5 years ago, we have seen every type of installer and trades people out there, and Design Turf are truly among the best we have used.
