Had a washer leak. Technician showed up with young daughter in tow - not very professional. Tech looked inside machine, replaced some filters, cleaned the door, and said it was fixed. Never tested it before leaving. Obviously the leaking continued and the effort was dismally incompetent. How can you not run the machine to find out where the leak is coming from and whether the work was appropriate. Seems like just a clown artist - stay away, save your money. Takes only cash or cheque, no credit cards (so you can't get your money back).
