After we purchased and brought our Ikea kitchen home we discovered one unit was damaged. I made more than 20 phone calls to Ikea trying to get this item replaced and was unsuccessful. The "resolution department" could not ship a new unit, the only solution they could offer was to come into the store. Meanwhile, the installation was on hold. I eventually contacted a friend to go to the store, purchase a new unit and send it to me on the bus. I was able to return the damaged one for refund later.
