CHRIS88 IN SCARBOROUGH

This is the 2nd installation that Reliable has done for me in the past year (the 1st was for my own home and this time was for my parents' home as we are trying to take advantage of the eco rebates). Being a prudent individual, I checked with the usual "big names" and then with a smaller discount company before inviting back Reliable. Dave gave me a quote that was very competitive and also included some extras to seal the deal such as 10 year service maintenance, humidifier, bbq line adjustment, and returning my rental water heater. The installation was done by Andrew and Livio. Since we were planning some future renovations in the basement and backyard, the installers were able to accommodate some difficult venting to the side of the house (and out of sight). After the installation, my parents commented that the installers did a good job in positioning both the inside units as well as the venting to the outside. We would not hesitate to recommend Reliable Home Comfort to our friends and family.

My experience with Ambia Windows has been very good. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Tony (Sales) was very patient in answering my questions and explaining the many benefits of upgrading my windows. Phil (Installer) did an excellent installation. Phil also provided some very honest advice when I asked about upgrading the windows in my parent's home. He did not try to use it as an opportunity to sell me something that was not required. My wife also commented that she really appreciated the honesty from the installation crew. We had a minor issue with one of the cranks in the casement window, but it was quickly corrected as Tony contacted Windows City for servicing. Overall, we are very happy with the sales, installation, and service from Ambia and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.

DAVE CAME OVER, GAVE ME LOTS OF INFO, AND I DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED FOR SALE. HE WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL AND PROVIDED GREAT AFTER SERVICE SUPPORT. OVERALL, DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.
