Supposed furnace inspection/cleaning
Called to schedule an appointment back on Jan 28, left my information with the agent and told they would call me back in a week. There was no call back so I called again on Feb 10 and was told they would call back before the end of the day to schedule an appointment. I never received a call back. Called later that evening but got their strange answering service and told to call back in the morning. Called back Feb 11 and was given an appointment for Feb 26 and told to expect a call a few days before to confirm. No appointment confirmation was received so called on Feb 25 and was told they can not make it on the appointment date. The nerve! Forced to reschedule for March 8 and was advised I would receive a confirmation a few days before. No confirmation so I called on March 7 and was told they can't make it on March 8. Absolutely ridiculous! [updated] An appointment was finally set for March 15th. I called on March 14th to confirm and they assured me they would be there. A manager arrived early for the appointment. The furnace servicing went well. He was very polite and courteous. Even provided me with two complementary tickets to the home show. I am glad this work was finally completed. For this furnace services I had purchased a groupon.
