An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My overall experience with Polar Spas was great. They price matched with the competitor which I greatly appreciated. I had a tight deadline and Chris Shaw, the owner, personally went over and above to ensure my fire table was delivered by my deadline. The cover was on backorder so it took longer than hoped to arrive, however during this time Elizabeth was consistently in communication with me which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
