An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

From the very first that I was working out the details with John I found him to be extremely knowledgeable as well as a caring individual, which is a rare attribute in these modern times where most businesses are only interested in getting in and out quickly. Both Daniel and Mariano, who were responsible for the day to day work, were a pleasure to deal with. They both kept me well informed as to what progress was being made and if they were unsure of anything were not afraid to ask what they should or should not do to resolve the matter. The grounds were always left in a neat and orderly manner every night and the job was finished up exactly as was promised by John when we made the arrangements. Thanks Pat. When I noticed that the power washing removed all the old paint from your fascia, I knew something was done wrong previously. Although there are paints on the market that claim they are self priming, my experience has shown they don't really work. So, we primed all your bare wood and then used Dulux Diamond to finish. The siding looks great with the Diamond flat.
