Nick from Apex was prompt, courteous and had very helpful suggestions. He was clear and tryuthful about what to epect. When a glass tray insert didn't fit, he was courteous and quick to replace the item. I had a very long,narrow glass top done for a sideboard and although delivery/setup was an expensive part of the project, I was very glad I opted for it because the item would have surely broken had I picked it up myself.

When we moved, I wanted my mother's dining room set refinished. It was a massive older set made of ornately painted but excellent wood. The painted finish was in poor condition and had to be stripped. Unfortunately, the underlying wood cabinetry was made of all different types of wood and therefore could not be stained; the set had to be repainted. It was disappointing but Harry was very clear with me about what would and would not work in refinishing this set. He worked with me patiently for months until I could come up with a finish that I wanted [which I showed Harry in a kitchen cabinetry sample I found] and now we are thrilled with the result! Harry is clearly very experienced and always guided me honestly and to the best of his ability while trying to realize my vision of the finished product. His manner is gentle and accommodating. His prices are very fair. Harry is a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to others. 10/10!
