I chose Keith to service my furnace based on his perfect score on HomeStars and was not disappointed. Keith arrived right on time and worked tirelessly for the next 2 hours. He knew exactly where all the vents were located, so none were missed. Not only did he inform me that I had the wrong kind of furnace filter, he also suggested I address a leakage problem which was supposed to have been taken care of by the previous owner a year ago. In addition, he advised me that the part I needed should still be under warranty. I was very grateful for Keith's honesty and professionalism, and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family members.
