I had problems with my old AC unit for a while and thought I need a replacement. So I called C2C Mechanical and asked him to take a took at the unit, I wasnt sure if he was gonna tell me that my old unit is repairable or infact it needed to be replaced. I had looked into new AC units and they were in upwards of 7 to 8 thousand. The issue needed to be replaced in my case and he was so helpful and even charged my the factory direct price that I couldn't find anywhere or with anyone else. He was fast, he replaced the unit as it was summer and hot in our two-story home. He understood the timely manner we needed it up and running and all the work was done in about a week. I was given a one year warranty for service at any time - so his after-care was great as well.
