We have no problem with the quality of the garage package and flood shields we purchased. However, the service was another matter. It took over 2 months and 5 phone cals after the garage package was installed to finally get the balance of hooks we ordered. We also had to install them ourselves. Flood shields were promised for June and were finally installed in August. After numerous unanswered phone calls and emails, the owner finally told us that he had measured wrong and had to reorder new panels. Upon arrival, he booked an appointment for installation and thern no one showed up on the installment date. The owner did not even give us the courtesy of a call of explanation. It took 4 trips to get the flood shields corrected to a point where they would seal properly. Any inquiries to owner are handled in a flippant and sarcastic mannner. If you can buy these products elsewhere we recommend you do it.
