Shoddy finishes and workmanship. Very poor customer service!! A lot of misleading excuses. Condo board is a joke run by the developer. No financials, condo fees jacked up to cover off the costs of fixing all the mistakes. Assisted Living building is their cash cow and that's where they aim their attention.
We have used Bill's services for at least 15 years. This past visit was to a new home that we purchased. He checked over and cleaned the fireplace and we also purchased and had him install a remote for the fireplace. Bill is always reliable, accommodating and very personable to deal with. He's a busy guy but we would highly recommend him!

Sears Extended Warranty Service
NEVER get extended warranty on any of their appliances! You will be lucky if the part shows up and you may get service. Apparently they had 40+ services techs in Calgary and let them all go only to rehire 7 of them back to cover the whole city. We are still trying to get the right part for our cooktop. No show appointments and poor service over all. We purchased extended warranties for all the appliances - what a joke. I would highly recommend getting your appliances from somewhere else! It's even worse service in the rural areas as I've heard from someone near Edmonton who cannot get service for their broken down washer. Avoid them!!!!!
