Thank you so much for making this happen. Kevin and Jessica went above and beyond to get me an appointment before my baby's due date 1-2 days later. The other option fell apart, so they really stepped in for my last minute request. They were very professional and even had great tips in advance on how to best treat our floors and ensure the baby would be safe with their cleaning supplies. They really did a thorough clean, and did it well - I'm eternally grateful.

Zachary Chousky responded to my quote request almost immediately, with clear availability timelines. He was very cordial on arriving, and very professional for the entire process. I only expected him to do the horizontal tub caulking, but he went above and beyond, covering the bathroom tile corners, ceiling and down the side as well. Peter came in and, with little disruption, got it done. There was no runaround on when we could schedule an appointment. We scheduled an appointment, he was there, did the repair quickly, tested it himself, and was in and out. Plus, I've had nightmare repairmen who used my kitchen towels to clean up stuff. None of that with Peter (thank you)! He didn't make a mess of my home or ask for scraps of cloth. Even when he washed his hands, he refused to use the hand towel, because he knew he might get grease on it.

My dryer wouldn't stop spinning when the door was opened, and stopped generating any heat at all. My landlord sent Chris over to do the repair, and he was exceptionally professional. He was well-informed, about the appliance, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. He got it done quickly too. In and out, and he was done. This was almost a month ago.
