He rekeyed one door and I got 4 sets of new keys. The service guy was fast and at the end explained how to do maintain the lock, handle and hingers. I believe the service guys name was Andrew. We recently purchased a new home and were planning on getting it painted. The afternoon before the painters were due to start the furnace motor burnt out, which meant we would have to cancel the painters. We rang around trying to find someone to come around ASAP. Bootsma was the only company we found that could come out that afternoon. The guy arrived within 2 hours, he was very friendly and helpful. He quickly located the problem, explained the issue and changed out the motor. He really saved the day for us. Thanks
