I called Harris Plumbing when I realized that my main shut off valve no longer fully turned the water off in my house. I contacted them via email and received a prompt response and a phone call. The customer service rep, Kathryn, was great. She was able to schedule me in on a day that was most convenient for me and was able to answer any question I had. As for the day of, we had Mike F come to do the work. He was on time and did a great job fixing the main valve shut off, for a reasonable price. While we were waiting for the Town to come and turn the water back on to the house, I had Mike quote some additional work on a bathroom that we are DIY renovating. Mike did an amazing job updating the plumbing in the shower, raising the shower head and installing a new mixing valve. After the work was done, I received a follow-up call from the customer service team checking in to see if the work was done up to my expectations. Overall, it was a great experience. You may pay a bit more with Harris Plumbing, but its worth it for the level of customer service provided. I'll definitely be using them again when I start my next project.

We had magic touch come by to clean our chimney before the winter. The service was great. Our technician was on time, very friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. He did a great job cleaning and inspecting our chimney. Will definitely call them again next year.

We had the Crack Doctor come to fix two hairline fractures that almost the entire height of our basement wall. One was letting in a bit of water after each rainfall and made the basement smell like wet concrete. Dean was very professional and polite, and the work was done to a very high standard. Hopefully I won't need this kind of work again, but if I do, I'd definitely call back the Crack Doctor.

This year we did a number of very dusty renovations. We had The Duct Cleaning Specialists come by as we knew that there had to be a lot of debris that needed cleaning. Mark came by right on time (even a few minutes early, which is great in my books!), was very pleasant and proceeded to work non-stop for three hours. He even vacuumed by current furnace filter for me as I just changed it recently. Overall the service was fantastic and I highly recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists.

We took possession of our home over the winter and amassed a lot of garbage, construction material and a rusty above ground pool. I ordered a dumpster from Bin There Dump That, partially because of the pun. But their great service was no joke. I called late in the week before the May long weekend and they still had availability (unlike a few others that I called). They provided me a general delivery window (Friday afternoon) and the truck came while I was working outside. Their delivery driver was very friendly and efficient. The drop took no more than 5 minutes. I filled the bin over the weekend and when I called for pickup on Tuesday, it was gone before I got home from work. All in all a great experience. I will definitely be using them again for the bathroom reno later this year.

I've moved many times, but never with movers. Rent a Son was fantastic. From the first contact with Hussein to the day of the move, Rent a Son did a fantastic job. The quote was fair and the movers worked hard to meet the times quoted. We'll definitely be using Rent a Son again for our next move.
