At first I was pretty upset that a neighbor broke my window, and annoyed to have to call several window companies, or maybe argue about high quote prices. After Adi arrived, he very clearly explained why the window was a fancier more expensive type, for example it has two colours and a plastic grillle inside. That made it easy for me to understand his price later, and why it's harder to get a replacement. Also he was so polite and helpful, and told me stories to make me laugh. In the end, I felt happier to have met him, I felt the whole window quote and replacement process was completely under control, and everything would be easily resolved soon. I think that his visit was worth $100 to me ;), so maybe you can charge $100 for him to visit someone instead of giving out free quotes ;). You are lucky to have Adi working there, he is a very valuable guy to have around. Thanks!
