Roof valley leaks after 3 years
Got evolution roofing to replace my root, but the valley leaks after 2 years. They came to patch once and leaked again the 3rd year. Amd no replies after. Had to pay like $1600 for another roofer to come fix. Don't get there guys
Installed kitchen window and custom balcony patio door
Got Eric to come and quote for upper balcony patio door, which was leaking from rain from cheap builder quality door. And also got a replacement for kitchen window, which was leaking air in winter after the hinge broke. They were installed May 2017. Both windows and door got pass winter and wind storm without problem. I will get Eric to come and quote for more windows replacement this year!

We had EC Home adviced us on paint choices. They suggested 11 colours for our home without extra charges. Painters came and finished our home in 4 days. We found some minor problem and they sent their painters to come for touch up within a few days. They also have other advices and contractors on furnitures and other renovation projects, but we've tried yet. Consulting fee was $250, which can be used to spend on furnitures or lightnining in the store
