we have 3 unit signed contract at June 17 with this company and paid deposit $200 to this company. they said will be doing installation at beginning at August. But they never coming and no contact with us until now. Also I give them 10 times call and 5 times voice msgs in two weeks, but they never reply and call me back. I understand business is busy, but I can not believe they have no time to give me a call. based on that, I have to worry the customer service when I done this service.

Your Review is Shocking and Incorrect. Bronson Johnson Seamless Eavestroughs does not take "Deposits". In fact we do not ask for payment until the installation is fully completed to customers satisfaction, thus I know that you wrote a review for the wrong company. I am asking you to call me, Fabien Cauley (co-owner), directly at 613-794-4592 so I can see if we, as a company, can help your situation. Possible solutions are having Bronson Johnson Seamless Eavestroughs contacting the correct company to see if we can expedite things for you or we complete the work for you less the $200 you paid as a "Deposit" to the suspect firm....or an alternative suggestion you may have.
