While many others have recounted their Dear-Born customer service horror stories on this site and others, my experience was entirely the opposite. My wife & I ordered our infant furniture from Dear-Born, and didn't realize until several weeks later that we had made an error on one of the items. Specifically, we made a mistake when measuring the room, and subsequently discovered that one of the items we ordered wouldn't fit into our space. The sales associates had some initial (and understandable) hesitation with respect to changing our order, as our items were apparently nearly ready to be shipped from the manufacturer. Nonetheless, they quickly reversed course and agreed to the change, granting us the difference in the form of store credit.
Caveat: I haven't yet received shipment of any items from Dear-Born. I'll update this review once all items have been received.
