Called them in to repair a bearing; the bearing could not be economically repaired and he offered to put in a temporary fix. Total time on site : 27 minutes Total cost : $ 280 ( no parts only labour) This equates to $ 622 per hour When I called back to discuss this cray fee; they were not interested in my concerns. I would have expected him to be be there at least 90 minutes to justify that kind of fee. I guess I wont be calling them out anytime soon!!
