The first installed did not do a good job with the placement of the keypad and motion sensor. I gave them a quick call and they promptly sent another installer to fix it. Now its perfect and I love it! The chime of the keypad isn't very loud. That's my only negative of the whole experience.

The three guys were perfect in every way. Didn't waste anytime and were very professional and caring when handling our stuff. They showed up on time and were just decent people to be around. I would recommend their services wholeheartedly.
