Over the years, we have had Finan Home Service three different times for three different electrical problems. As before, the work began with a thorough inspection and discussion of the problem, along with a clear estimate of the cost. The most recent work was to upgrade the wiring in our 150-year-old house. This involved replacing whatever knob and tube there was, along with any ungrounded wire. Mike came along with an assistant each time. They were prompt, professional, very courteous, very respectful, and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. Mike ended up doing more than I had expected and did a better job than I ever expected. Given the age of the house, some of areas inside walls with old wiring were very dirty and some of the crawlspaces were, I'm sure, very claustrophobic. They never complained and went on with their work very efficiently and diligently. I knew what it was going to cost upfront and that's exactly what it cost when they finished. No surprises.
