An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Our friend referred us to Ecotech Windows. We were very pleased when the representative came to our home. We already had the door style picked out because we had other quotes previously. They were resonably priced so we decided to use Ecotech. However, since the installation in August, my husband and I have called about installation problems but no one from the company has visited. We were expecting a visit in September. It is now November and no one has called or stop by to check the problems. My next step will be to claim on the warranty.
