Service is working as expected. Shows up on time and the work is well done. For our household, having the same cleaner show up every time is important because we have two canines. I appreciate the companys willingness to discuss how the service could be customized to meet my needs.

I responded to an ad from an employee (Elliot) working for Unique Projects. A 41-inch maple tabletop was being offered for $190. Amazing deal of course, but not so unusual since the ad stated that it was leftover from a big project. I had my doubts, so I asked if the tabletop was made of solid wood or veneer. Solid wood, he texted. Today, we made the trip to have a look. Solid wood it is not. Not only is it veneered, but it’s splitting around the edges. It impressed. Elliot, if you can’t tell the difference between solid wood and veneer, that does not speak very highly about your building skills. As for the company management, think about it, your employees represent you, your company and your values.

I too wish I had checked the reviews. Unfortunately, when a salesperson comes knocking at the door, you rarely have the luxury of time. The job was done quickly and the employee was polite. Now for the windows, they are streaked and definitely not clean. What I should have done is to ask them about the cleaning process and not assumed that they would go over each surface to remove the streaks. Too late to kick myself, but lesson learned for the next time someone comes knocking at the door.

Nate carried out a full inspection prior to handing over a cost estimate that included a detailed explanation. In the end , we opted for a two-year plan, starting with the most pressing for this year.Nate and his crew arrived on time, did the work and cleaned up once they were done. We would definitely recommend his services.
