We had our carpets cleaned in January 2024. We had carpets cleaned in 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs and the basement. The carpets had not been cleaned in over 10 years and the basement had some bad stains. The cleaner arrived on time, he was very friendly and he clearly explained everything he was going to do. He was very careful not to make any mess with any of his equipment. The carpets all came out very clean and the stains in the basement are now gone. The whole house looks great. We also had a white upholstered chair cleaned and it came out very clean also. I would highly recommend this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

My dishwasher was leaking. He quickly identified the broken part and installed a temporary valve to stop the leak. He ordered the part and returned 3 business days later to install the new part.
