Bob from Behr Essentials delivers quality work and excellent service at a very reasonable price. "Creative Renovations and Handyman Services", as indicated on his business card, is an understatement. Bob is very efficient, answers any questions you may have, does an awesome job on anything he tackles, and cleans up any mess he makes better than it was before he started! We will not hire anyone but Bob, for all our reno's. If he can't do them, they don't get done!

Over charged on all materials by over 150%. Installed a shower stall in the basement and jacuzzi tub in upper bathroom, using basic gyproc;no vapor barrier. Was adamant that it wasn't needed. Tub, shower and shower doors are not level, resulting in water leakage. Tiles are sticking out and there are 2 cuts in the tile beside the water tap. Charged for items we supplied. Floor tile installed in upper bathroom crooked. Grout on floor, shower and tiles around tub are cracked and falling. Charged $750.00 for 2 sets of shower taps that can be purchased at Home Depot for $300.00. Charge for an Electrician to hook up the jacuzzi tub was $750.00. The Electricians original charge to this company was under $300.00. Crooked installation of vanity. Was "made to fit". Installed taps on the sink crooked. When we asked for a breakdown of his charges, it was obvious he fudged the figures. It appears that we were also double charged GST. The total cost of labor worked out to over $100.00 per hour. Our attempts to contact TKO went unanswered. Don't bother calling any of the references provided. They do not return calls. We trusted this contractor. He totally ripped us off. Once we paid him, with trepidation, he asked us to "tell anyone that calls that I took you golfing to B.C." He also mentioned that he has to pay for 4 daughter's weddings. T.O.C. is licensed under A & O Marketing Inc. Alberta Services will be advised of our experience with this contractor. BEWARE!!
