I had Dan's come to quote on my main floor windows. They sent the new guy to measure first, then the supervisor came to double check. Both recorded the same measurements. My windows arrived on time and the installers showed up accordingly. Thank goodness the installers are top notch and they pre-measured the windows and the openings before starting the removal because the windows ordered were too small by 2" for whatever reason. Rather than assuring me 'its fine' and 'they'll work anyways' the installers and the supervisor both said, I'm sorry, but you're best to wait for us to order you new ones. People make mistakes, good people correct them and they don't BS their way out of it. I was offered preferential treatment going forward and I can honestly say I'm very happy I decided to deal with Dan's! We will be calling them next year for our second floor windows!!
