Brad really knows his roofs! Brad came the same day that I called and spent nearly an hour inspecting not only the leak but our entire roof. He fixed the leak and took pictures of other potential problems that may come up in the future but did not need immediate attention. He explained everything very thoroughly and we appreciated his honesty. Will definitely call Brad again if the need arises and will be recommending him to our friends and family.
Valentin is amazing! This is the second time we have called him as we have an older home and he really knows his stuff! Valentin quickly figured out that the problem was not pipes in the basement but there was leak from a valve in the upstairs powder room that was just seeping down the pipe behind the drywall because there were no water marks in the ceiling or wall. And we didn't have to put any holes in our walls to diagnose the problem. He explained what it was and had fixed the problem very quickly! Amazing! We had other plumbers telling us it was leaks/cracks in our toilet and no one could figure out the problem. Moving forward Valentin will be the only plumber we will be calling. Very prompt! Mr. Ahmed came to our place the same day that I called. My husband had seen a mouse in our basement. Mr. Ahmed came and looked around the exterior of our house and garage and was able to tell us where the possible entry points were. He also went throughout our house and put the pellets in all the areas. He even came back another day when I thought there was a place we had missed in the garage. Mr. Ahmed was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend anyone to use his company!!!
Rico electric sent someone by the next day for an estimate and it was quite evident that Subhash knew what the problem was right away. He gave an estimate and the problem was fixed right away. Subhash also informed/explained the benefits of upgrading our panel at a later date. We were very happy with the service, promptness at fixing the problem and the time Subhash took to explain the problem in great detail.
