In July 2013 Jeff began work on two bathrooms sized 6x10. We asked him to finish in mid-September because my wife was to deliver early October. He and his employee came to work intermittently and missed appointments, sometimes not working for a week. The project ran through September and was not complete in time for the childbirth. The wrong tub was ordered, for which Jeff cut us a deal. There was a scramble at the end to finish. One month after they left, the ceiling began to leak. Jeff came to repair it, and it was the same story: the job was started and then sat untouched for days. They thought it was the toilet and reseated it. A month after the repair, now in 2014, the ceiling leaked again. Now I could not reach Jeff, despite the "one year warranty." I emailed four times and left four messages at his stated business number. We were writing and calling for a couple months. The problem seemed to go away, but in May 2014 the ceiling developed mold. Finally we called another contractor, and it is going to be an expensive fix. Jeff is a warm and friendly guy, but I wish we had gone with someone who could deliver.
