Rock's replied by having a person come by and look at the tree, and responded by email that the tree is ok, explained what they saw, and gave an estimate for optional/cosmetic pruning, if we wanted it. I was pleased by how prompt and how honest and that they provided a quote for the optional cosmetic work, all via one simple email message, no fuss.

I asked for three quotes on a Norway Maple that is having issues. Campbell came the next day after asking permission to come onto the property, had a look, and advised that nothing needed to be done, explained why, plus a couple of things to stop doing. All via email, at my request. I definitely recommend this company for its honesty and responsiveness, and generosity. I wish I had more trees to ask them about!
