Called on a Thursday and confirmed on Sunday (yes Thomas replied to my e-mail) with the installation done on Wednesday. The technicians were friendly, knew their stuff and didn't waste time. They installed the external unit and two indoor units in about 8 hours and cleaned everything up as if they had never been there. I would recommend them for sure!
