Service rep was punctual and professional. He was knowledgable about our "off-brand" washing machine and gave us his honest opinion that it was better to replace than repair. We appreciated his honesty. Very good deal for the $50 service call fee. Would recommend to a friend and use again.

As a first time homebuyer, I was not expecting to replace my AC unit within the first month and of course it broke on the hottest day. A representative was at my home to inspect my old unit within an hour of my call. He was knowledgeable and was able to recommend a comparable unit to me which was scheduled to be installed two days later. Installation was quick and painless. Employees were punctual, friendly and left no evidence they were here, other than the new unit!
