Good quality workmanship. Not very good at follow-up appointments. Do not show up when they say they will. Have left a window leak repair sitting partially completed for over a month and have had to be continually reminded to come back and finish the job while we hope that the next rain storm does not leak into our basement.

We have since hired a service technician who's sole responsibility is addressing any service items that may arise. I've reviewed our service records and if I have the correct person I believe we were able to complete and close off your service on Aug 25.
