James and his team were great. Right on time, friendly, and very careful with the piano. I called them during the middle of the week, and the piano was delivered from Orangeville to Toronto by mid-day on Saturday.
Booked an appointment on-line and everything was fixed the next day before 3:30 PM. Friendly guy, fast, good work, not super cheap, but I have a feeling you get what you pay for. He snaked the drain, replaced all the PVC pipes below the kitchen sink, put new baskets in the sinks, and totally replaced the working parts in the tank of the toilet in the ensuite bathroom. Highly recommended.

Dion came over the same day I called him to give me an estimate. His estimate was tied for lowest but I liked him better so I went with him. He and his crew arrived at the scheduled time about 2 weeks later. He did a great job, and his guys were polite and friendly. He was also skillful at dealing with tree-hugging neighbours. Highly recommended. My trees look great and the post-job clean-up was amazing. Note that was a big job with lots of overhead wires in the way--no problems.
