For the last few years, my kitchen cupboards have been a sore spot for me. The expense of replacing them was out of the question. It wasn't like I was upset with the way they were set up more that the finish was worn and the colour very outdated. A few months ago my buddy had her cupboards done by EcoRefinishers. I was impressed, the finish on them was lovely and they looked brand new. I asked my buddy for their number and Tabatha came and gave us a quote to redo our kitchen. Needless to say I wasn't prepared for what was to come. I chose the colour Wenge, my husband thought that it would be to dark, but as a woman I get my way. :) Through email with Tabatha, we decided a month later to get going on them (end of June). A few days prior, I received an email just to give me a heads up that the crew would arrive on the Monday morning and be here for the day. The crew arrived and removed all my doors, 24 in total, they sprayed the boxes on the wall, and the island as well. They were courteous, and polite, cleaned up any mess that they had made. I was aware that my doors would be gone for over a week, so the paint could cure. When I got home I was very impressed with what I was seeing and loved the colour. My only advice to anyone doing this, is for my one free standing cupboard which stands 8 feet tall, was still the oak colour inside. I wasn't liking how it contrasted the colour that my cupboards were, so I emailed Tabatha and for an extra amount, when the crew came back to replace my doors, they would paint the inside of this cupboard white to match my other ones, as well as the shelves. This turned out to be a great investment and was glad I did it. A little over a week later I got an email stating that my doors were ready to come home. The crew again came at the time they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and left. Well when we returned home after work, we were speechless, anyone who has come to see the kitchen has asked if I got new counter tops, and flooring, which we haven't, but that's how beautiful it turned out. We were completely blown away with the transformation of my kitchen; it was like they installed new cupboards! Not only did they fix any loose hinges, but they made sure all the doors were aligned properly, any holes were fixed and I couldn't even tell where they were. They also give you a can of touch up paint -- thank goodness -- cause I already had to use it as I dropped a knife which chipped the door, but now I can’t tell where I did it. I can’t say enough about this company -- they were great, the crew, and Tabatha ....they were all great to deal with. Now I need new backsplash, lights....etc., etc. Sincerely, Lucy
