Mr. Spacuzzi from Toronto

We got home from a long trip and walked into out home only to find that we lost power due to the storm and that when we regained power - the sump pump gave out. There was close to 20 cm of water in the basement. We were certain that the entire basement was to be fully gutted, our home theater, and that my husbands wine cellar was totally destroyed. I was referred to this company from a friend who said they were excellent, and I definitely agree. The office got me an appointment right away. The technician who came to my home turned out to be one of the owner/ managers. I thought he was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I hired them on the spot! I felt quite comfortable and confident allowing 'Magical' to make it right! They also performed the mold testing and clean up as well, which came out great. I was very shocked to see the results since the damage looked irreparable. . I would most definitely recommend them without any hesitation.
