If you’re considering any other company that is not JMT Roofing, forget about it now. I called a few other roofing companies (including others on this site) and it actually took at least 3 attempts to get them to call me back to provide an estimate. One of companies didn’t even bother to get up on my roof to take a look which to me always means to me there’s going to “extra work” above the estimate provided. I called John at JMT and he was on my roof the following day providing me with and estimate and with advice on what needed to be done and more importantly, what didn’t need to be done. He also provided a 15 year 100% guarantee on the roof (which was 50% more than the others). There was no upselling, his estimate was actually one of the most reasonable that I had gotten, and his estimate was exactly what I paid. I also had my gutters replaced. Again, it was one of the lowest estimates and I paid exactly what was estimated. The only thing extra that he recommended was that I add some additional down spout drain boxes which catches debris as it comes down the spout before it clogs up your drain tiles. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sp5_NvzALzU These were installed at an extremely reasonable price. Leo, the guy who installed the gutters, also replaced some of the gutter fascia boards and even caulked up a few holes under the roof for free (I provided the material). It’s that kind of service and attention to detail that seems unheard of with any contractors these days that makes me want to recommend JMT everyone. The roof and gutters look amazing. Thanks guys!
