I needed help with a simple switch installation. I sent an email to Encore and Chris responded the same day. We arranged a time and a quote for the work. He arrived right on time, worked very quickly, charged me exactly what he had quoted, and was very friendly and helpfully explained what he had done etc. I would have no reservation recommending Chris to friends and will definitely call him the next time I need any electrical work done.
