My husband and I bought an older house in North York and brought in Steve to inspect it. He was very good, inspected every little inch of the house and made us aware of the problems before hand. He made many recommendations on how to fiz the issues we had and it helped us a lot in prioritizing the projects that needed to be done in the house. He also provided us with reading material that was extremely useful, as well as a list of recommended tradespeople, which we refer to everytime. We are very satisfied with Steve and with the list of people he recommended. We got him because of my sister-in-law, who had her home inspection a few years ago. She told us that even before she got to the house, he was already in the roof, inspecting and making note for her, very impressing! There's one bad thing about Steve: his hand writing is terrible! it took me a little while to decifer what he wrote in the inspection sheet, but other than that, everything was amazing! I'll recommend him to everyone I know and will use him if I decide to sell my house and buy another one in the future!

Called a few companies, and they all told me they only do repaving. I called a few more but I kept getting answering machine only, so I left a few. Only one that called me back was Asphalt Care - Driveway Sealing & Repairs and another company. After speaking to the owner, and giving him details about my driveway and location, he called one of his guys while I was on the phone and relayed the information and told me they can be there within an hour and will do the job before they go to the next job in Scarborough. The price given on the phone was accepted and they immediately completed the job as requested. They even sealed up parts that had a gap between the house and the driveway. Overall, when my wife and I got home, we were very satisfied and the driveway looked good as new again. Thank you for the prompt call and prompt service.

My husband and I just bought a house and the basement windows were in really bad conditions. We knew from day 1 we needed to chance them as soon as we move in. I already recommended Oleg to my mother-in-law, who changed the windows in her house and to my coworker, who's having all the windows in her house changed. Both myself and my mother-in-law are very happy with our new windows and I'm looking forward for next year, when I'll have my side door and bay window :) oh... almost forgot: they have a referral program as well.
