Cabinet refacing, backsplash and countertops
Loren put an extra seam in my granite that was NOT agreed upon in a VERY unsightly location and when I spoke to Doug the owner regarding this he was unsympathetic, patronizing and just wanted me gone :( he told me the cabinet refacing installer could maybe do something (which is completely ridiculous) Now that the job is paid for Doug doesn't care.

We do apologize that you are unhappy with the location of your seam, unfortunately I'm not sure who you are, so I can't pull your file and address this concern appropriately. We do leave final seam placement up to our installers, as they are the one's who put the product in, and know best how to make it work. However, if this seam wasn't done well, please send me a picture, and we'll see what can be done to make it right.
