Many home inspectors just point to an issue and say deal with it. I perfer not to so much troubleshoot, but to see what may be causing the problem and offers some advice if I can. Remember, contractors are going to tell you something competely different. Why, they ususally have something to sell. I don't. In many cases it is a simple fix. No, not every case, but in many cases.
