Dan fit us in the day before Canada Day when we explained that our home had been experiencing intermittent power outages but not breakers tripping. He came early in the morning and stayed until late at night. He refused to leave us stranded with a dangerous panel or no power in the house while we waited for someone else to be available after the holiday. He was professional, explained all the possibilities and problems as he tried to troubleshoot our issues. He stayed positive through the whole process and knew all the right things to do and who to call to avoid the worst case scenarios. We slept well that night knowing our family and house was safe with. Thanks Dan and thanks to Ron for being able to come by and help as well!
