I called Man with a Wrench as my washing machine had started making an awful noise and had a small leak. I called on Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday. On the Thursday, my dishwasher also started leaking. I called and asked if the technician could look at both and was told yes, but the price of the service call would increase. Unfortunately, while he was there, Josh was unable to get either machine to replicate the issues, but he took a lot of time to thoroughly go over the machines. He also advised that he could tell the washer was going to have major problems very soon due to its age and the way it was spinning. While he wasn't able to fix the machines (the dishwasher works just fine now, the washer repeated its behaviour the next load after his visit so I'm just going to replace it) he was a very cheerful and honest guy who obviously wanted to help. One word of advice for potential clients -- call if you want to make an appointment. I filled out the online form and didn't hear from anyone (in over one business day) but when I called, I got an appointment right away.

This is a late review. My apologies. On the Friday before the Thanksgiving weekend, my dogwalker lost my house keys and so the locks had to be re-keyed that weekend as I was getting ready to go overseas for a few weeks. I had used Tom's services when I first moved in. I emailed him on Friday night and on Saturday morning he called me first thing and the locks were changed by 10:30am. Tom was a pleasant as usual. He doesn't charge extra for emergencies or off hours. I highly recommend using Tom for your locksmith needs!

I moved into my new condo and wanted to have the locks rekeyed for my own safety. I emailed Tom late one evening. He called me immediately and set a time to come two days later. He arrived right on time and took maybe 30 minutes to complete the job, including providing me with 5 extra keys which I thought was very generous. He is a very polite and efficient person. It's great to have a nice customer service experience every now and then! Thanks, Tom!

This is the third project I've used Superior Closets for. They put in a huge built-in closet in my previous house and replaced all of my kitchen cabinets. Each project, although incredibly large were completed in one day. Having recently moved to a condo, I needed more space for my clothes. This was the smallest job I had Superior create. As always, Joseph, the owner was wonderful to work with. He listened to my ideas and needs, sketched out the project and provided a price that he stuck to. The custom pieces were ordered and installed in less than two months. All of the staff at Superior Closets are incredibly organized and polite. The installers -- especially Jojo who has been the lead on all three of my installations -- are incredibly considerate of your home, from laying down runners to not dirty the floor to fully vacuuming up any sawdust or dirt when they are done. I have highly recommended Superior to several of my friends and already two have taken my advice and used them. Both with very happy results!

My key broke off in my front door lock. I tried every solution that You Tube and Google had to offer. Nothing worked. This wasn't an emergency as I could still use my back door. I emailed Locksmith Care after reading the great reviews here. Dimitri showed up right on time and took 5 minutes to fix my lock. Great service, polite and reliable. Thank you!
