Our A/C unit was not working, called A1 and Casey (spelling?) was here in about 40 minutes, he diagnosed the issue immediately and had it fixed in just a few minutes. There was a time delay function on the unit that was malfunctioning and redundant that he was able to bypass and get it working with no extra parts, and only billed us the $99+tax diagnostic fee. This unit is probably around 20 years old and they could have attempted to gouge us for a new unit or unnecessary repair costs but he did it quickly and for the minimum fee. Thrilled to be getting more life out of this old thing and will absolutely be calling A1 for any future A/C work or eventual replacement.
