Chris was the only person who didn't flinch at the fact that he was going to have to climb out my 3rd dormer window onto a slate roof to get rid of a nest of squirrels in my roof. His manner was honest, professional and geniune. He guaranteed his work for 1yr and I don't expect to see him. :-) I was very happy with his work.
