Purchased filter which I haven’t received
I placed an order for a filter on September 25, 2021… after numerous phone calls voicemail messages, I’m still waiting … the phones are never answered, did speak to a lady named Georgina who sounds very helpful but actually does nothing … I’ll wait a few more days and do a chargeback on my credit card if I this isn’t resolved soon … PLEASE don’t use this co. Something is seriously wrong as other customers have posted similar bad experiences….

We just learned this item is not available from ANY supplier due to Covid 19 delays
All hepa product is severely delayed and we apologize that our supplier misinformed us of estimated arrival.**** I would like to update that we have spoken on the phone a couple times since this review and before, we just had very busy phonelines on Friday and did miss several of your calls, however we did speak that evening :)
